A strip or page of tissue is torn and submerged in a container of water. The soggy paper is retrieved from the container and the water is squeezed from the bundle. A folding fan is waved at the bundle and a snowstorm of paper erupts from the performer's hand.

This illusion is small enough to fit in the palm of your hand, yet large enough to fill the stage. This stunning effect is used by the worlds top performers.
